Mothers have the ability to influence their daughters in a most essential and profound way.  Mothers can strongly impact their daughters' lifestyle choices and decision-making processes, as well as their simple likes and dislikes.
 
Spend a Shabbos with other women discussing the intricacies of the mother/daughter relationship.  How is the mother/daughter relationship affected when one of them becomes more religious and changes her lifestyle and beliefs?  How can we preserve the proper balance of honor, love and respect for our mothers during lifestyle changes?  Join us and gain new insights and practical advice on how to improve and enhance the mother/daughter relationship.

 

 

 

 

 
   Shabbaton Program

   Friday - Erev Shabbos

   7:00 PM Candlelighting, followed by Shabbos songs, at the Dorm
   8:00 PM Davening at 770
   9:00 PM Shabbos Meal at the Dorm, with Rabbi and Mrs. Zalman Abraham
        Jewish Mothers in Jewish History (not sure about that title)

 

   Shabbos Day10:00 AM Davening in 770/BLY
   1:00 PM Shabbos Meal at Hosts
   5:00 PM Panel: How to Respect and Relate to Non-religious Mothers
   8:45 PM Havdalah
